Where do you ship + how much is it? We currently offer USPS Priority Shipping to U.S. address only.
All packages that include "Ready to ship" items will arrive in 7-10 business days after we receive payment. "Made to order" items leave us after required production time noted in each listing, at which time we'll notify you via email that it's being shipped.
Can we pick-up our order? Sorry this is not available at this time.
How will my shipment arrive? Shipping our orders out via USPS Priority Mail means that your order will include tracking + insurance covering up to $250 worth of goods. Please contact us ([email protected]) before placing your order if you need expedited shipping or additional insurance. We will work with you to get your order sent out as soon as possible.
What's your return policy? We work really hard to provide you quality pieces that exceed your standards and last for years. However, we also know that sometimes things don't go as planned. We'll gladly offer full merchandise returns or exchanges on unwashed, unworn, undamaged or defective goods with their original receipts within 15 days of delivery. This excludes gift wrapping, shipping, and handling costs. If your piece is damaged or deemed unfit for resell, at the discretion of Uakea, you will receive partial credit in store credit for future purchases.
Unfortunately, all custom "Made to order" and "Sale" items are final sales and may not be returned or exchanged.

Do you charge sales tax? Yes, Hawai'i general excise tax (4.712%) is included in all purchases.
When is my credit card charged? Your credit card is charged as soon as you hit "Submit" to complete your order.
